How does trash can cleaning work?
Leave your cans at the curb on your scheduled day. We arrive with a high-pressure, hot-water system, blast out the grime, then sanitize and deodorize the inside and outside. Wastewater is captured — nothing goes down the storm drain.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just leave your cans out like a normal trash day and we handle the rest. We'll text you when the job is done.
Is the first cleaning really free?
Yes — new customers get their first cleaning free, up to 2 cans, with no commitment. If you like it, pick a plan. If not, no charge and nothing to cancel.
How often should I schedule service?
Most households do great with monthly service. Families, pet owners, and anyone with heavy food waste usually prefer bi-weekly. Weekly is best for large households, Airbnb hosts, and businesses.
Do you clean recycling bins too?
Absolutely — recycling and yard waste bins count toward your can total, same price per can.
Is the cleaning solution safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable sanitizing products that eliminate bacteria and odor without harsh residue.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Anytime, no fees. Upgrade, downgrade, pause for a month, or cancel — just call or text us.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is no problem. In severe weather we reschedule you for the next available day and let you know by text — you're never charged for a missed visit.
